Bharti Dairy Farm pure cow ghee is made using the 'valona' or 'bilona' process which eliminates the milk solids or other impurities of your regular dairy products. It has a low lactose content. Therefore, a person who is lactose or casein intolerant will be safe from any adverse reactions.
